Delivery time is 2-5 business days after receipt of your order. You will receive a notification as soon as your item(s) are ready to ship.

You can view the status of your shipment in your BestSecret account under " My Orders ." Click on "Track Shipment" to view the delivery status.

Since our items are available for immediate delivery, we can process your order as soon as we receive it.

If you return an item to us as a complaint, we ask you to note the following points:

The item must be returned to us complete (as delivered). For multi-piece items/sets, all components must be returned.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of an item. It expires if an item has been modified.

A repair or exchange of the defective item cannot be guaranteed.
In exceptional cases, processing may take several weeks if an expert has to be consulted.

Please only include a returned item with one item belonging to the same order. Otherwise, please create a separate return.

You cannot exchange items as we have a limited supply. However, you can return an item during the return period and place a new order if you need the same item in a different size or color. If your package has not yet been packed, you can cancel your order under " My Orders ."

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for returns
