Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipping. In the event of significant delays, we will inform you via email.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Tracking

International Shipping

Damaged & Lost Shipments
