We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason or returning the item. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
